I’m Libby Murdoch, counselor, trainer, published author, recovering perfectionist, & therapist in Cincinnati. I specialize in areas of neuroscience including resilience, relationships, self-care, and trauma. I’m not your typical counselor in Cincinnati, I believe in using treatment approaches based on brain science, including EMDR, and I have a passion for empowering people just like you to change their lives!
